The For Business Portfolio comprises individual staff and Team portraits, Event Coverage and Product/Service Photography. For Business Portfolio The creation and delivery of professional, high impact images will support your internal and external communications – whether you are targeting new customers, retaining existing customers, boosting staff engagement or increasing awareness. Your images can be used in any combination of your chosen media mix – be it PR, advertising, brochures, company reports, intranet/extranet/web, internal/external newsletters, direct mail or displays in your entrance hall or offices. Images can be tailored for specific occasions or ready available for short notice PR opportunities. Staff portraits, Event Coverage and Product Photography form the core of the For Business portfolio offering. Staff Portraits How often do you look in a conference programme or Annual Report and see pictures of Senior Management that fail to convey the company’s values or reputation? Staff portraits that project the right image of the company play an important part in the business’s positioning and can reinforce brand values. A well-composed, consistent set of head and shoulders portraits of your team members displayed in your offices transmits a positive, people-centric message to customers and suppliers. The portraits are also readily available for your website, conference brochures or for wider PR purposes. For impact and consistency staff portraits tend to be most effective with a contemporary white or black background. Alternatively, or in addition, photographs taken in an environmental setting - in the office or location of your choice - can add a touch of inspiration to your brochureware or office environment. Likewise team photos or photos celebrating success such as awards or prizes can boost staff motivation and confidence, recognising achievement and excellence. Event Coverage Events covered include conferences, customer seminars, team-building events, fund-raising activities, product launches and award ceremonies. Images taken would include a series of portraits and reportage as agreed at the preliminary client discussion. Images are supplied framed ready for display on your premises or as digital files for use on your intranet, extranet, web site or other communications media, or by your PR agency. Product and Service Photography Lucy provides high impact product and service images across a wide range of industry sectors and organisations. The nature of the images will be driven by your portfolio, branding and positioning. Lucy’s product photography concentrates on capturing key attributes of the product in creative, exciting and effective ways. The less tangible offering of a Service Industry may be effectively captured through carefully posed interactive portraiture shots or reportage style images in carefully selected indoor and outdoor settings, for instance and depending on the nature of your business – images of architectural and natural environments – stately homes, hotels, restaurants, shops and offices. Display Formats Black and white or colour digital images are processed and printed at one of the leading professional laboratories in the country, and presented in an exciting range of contemporary display products. GALLERY FRAME Elegant, high impact format showing your images to superb effect in reception, work areas or Boardroom. Selection of handcrafted frames to blend or contract with your office décor – choose from brushed silver, brushed gold, matt black and steamed beech in a variety of widths and depths. Carefully selected single or double mounts; plain glass and back, ready to hand. Range of sizes - Individual image of 8” x 10” to 20” x 30” - Image collection with 2 or 3 8” x 10” images in single frame CANVAS WRAP Stunning canvas wall portrait which replicates the look and feel of an artist's painted canvas. This style is increasingly popular in offices, bars and restaurants. The high impact 2” chunky format is available for images from 16” x 20” to 30” x 40”; smaller images are also available with a depth of ¾” in sizes ranging from 8” x 10” to 12” x 16”. ACRYLIC Bold cutting edge modernistic format. A solid 15mm Acrylic block - High impact individual images available in sizes from 16” to 12” to 24” x 30”. - Image collection with 2 or 3 images each of 5” x 4”, “8” x 6” or 10” x 8” DIGITAL IMAGES ON CD Digital photographs are supplied on CD. They are available in high resolution, mid resolution or low resolution jpeg files. You will be granted license to use these images for all your company purposes removing the need to request permission every time you wish to reproduce images. License is granted upon receipt of full payment. Copyright of the images remains with Lucy Badham. Lucy Badham reserves the right to use these images for the purposes of promoting Lucy Badham Photography. Creating your Images Here’s an outline of the process and timing to get the images you want. ON COMISSIONING, we’ll discuss your requirements, usually by phone. Company background – branding and positioning, objectives, products/service, target audience Subjects – individuals, team or group shots; Style Dress code – dress code; required image The session - location of the shoot, duration of the shoot, timing Image format - what are the images to be used for; likely size/ format of images required THE SESSION itself will be informal and relaxed. I suggest long rather than short sleeves and coloured rather than white clothing. The session can be booked on an hourly or half or full day basis. VIEWING IMAGES. Digital images will be made available to view electronically and your selection is discussed by phone. If your requirement is for printed images in display products a follow up meeting is arranged to view images and discuss display formats. THE FINISHED PRODUCT. Your digital images will be ready within 2-3 days to allow for editing. Printed images in display formats are delivered in 3-4 weeks.
